Police are asking the public for their help to locate a missing 38 year old man.

Matthew Bouchard has been missing since Sunday Aug. 21.

He was last seen in a parking lot at the corner of Frederica St W. & Brown St at 3pm.

Matthew is described as a White male, standing about 5’7″ tall with a thin build and fair complexion. He has short brown hair, brown eyes and has a tattoo of Angel wings on his back.

With a worsening epilepsy condition, it’s believed that he doesn’t have his medication with him and could’ve had a seizure. Often Matthew comes out of an episode and has trouble remembering who he is or where he is.

Matthew was last believed to be wearing a blue shirt, grey jogging pants and white shoes.

Police are asking residents and businesses to check their properties, security footage as well as alley ways for any signs of Matthew.
