Water levels in area lakes and rivers are starting to settle to where they should be at this time of year.
Data from the Lake of the Woods Control Board shows Rainy Lake at the upper end of its Rule Curve.
Lake of the Woods remains high but has dropped nine centimetres in the past week.
Another decrease of about 9 to 11 centimetres is expected over the next seven days.
The lake is about 20 centimetres higher than it is normally.
