Arthur Corporon Memorial Bass Fishing Tournament Held at Lake Milo

Lakeside Smallmouth Bass Club hit the water for a tournament at Lake Milo this weekend.

On Saturday, twenty-eight teams set out to compete in the Arthur Corporon Memorial tournament.

Joe Muise and Terry Knox won with 5.42lbs in catches. John Armstrong and Clyde Lutz took second place with 5.40lbs, while Bobby Nickerson and Robin Symonds came in third with 5.26lbs in catches.

The biggest bass was caught by Michelle Stoddart and Adam Hallett with a weight of 2.44lbs. That competition was sponsored by Wedgeport Boats.

Twenty-eight teams competed in the tournament, the sixth of the club’s regular season.

The next tournament will take place at Lake Vaughn on August 27.

This weekend’s tournament was sponsored by Paul O’Connell Trophies, Wedgeport Boats and Maritime Marine.
