A portion of the Harbour Expressway is set to be resurfaced.

The roadway is closing between Carrick Street and Fort William Road starting on Wednesday.

Access to businesses on 16th Avenue will remain available, and Memorial Avenue will remain open.

Motorists travelling on Memorial should expect traffic delays in the area.

During the work, the city is removing the current asphalt before placing two new layers of pavement.

The work is expected to be completed in roughly 10 days.
