A 38-year-old Digby County man is facing firearms charges.
He was arrested after a traffic stop on Highway 101 in Plympton on Wednesday.
Digby RCMP say this was after the suspect allegedly threatened another man he knew after a verbal altercation.
Police then searched a residence on Bloomfield Road and found two firearms, ammunition and a crossbow.
One of the firearms was loaded.
He appeared in court Thursday.
