Gas, diesel prices nearly unchanged in N.B.

There was not much change at New Brunswick fuel pumps on Thursday night, as expected.

The maximum price of regular self-serve is $1.76 per litre, up one-tenth of a cent.

Diesel is selling for a maximum of $1.79 per litre, a drop of four-tenths of a cent.

The price for heating oil fell by one cent to a new maximum of $1.49 per litre.

The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board adjusts prices every Friday at 12:01 a.m.

In Nova Scotia, regular self-serve ranges from $1.74 to $1.78 per litre while diesel is selling for between $1.77 and $1.81 per litre.

On Prince Edward Island, the price for regular self-serve is around $1.78 per litre, diesel costs around $1.85 per litre, and home heating oil is selling for a maximum of $1.29 per litre.
