Road crews with the township of La Vallee are replacing road signs.
The municipality posts on its Facebook page that a number of signs were removed and placed elsewhere in the rural area.
Caution and yield signs on roads that were freshly gravelled were also taken.
The matter has now been passed on to the provincial police.
