Another week of increases at the gas pumps in New Brunswick.

The maximum cost for regular self-serve rose 2.5 cents a litre overnight to around $1.73.

Diesel and furnace oil also climbed by around 0.6 cents.

This comes with the Energy and Utilities Board’s weekly price adjustments.

In Nova Scotia, regular self-serve ranges from $1.74 to $1.79 per litre while diesel is selling for between $1.77 and $1.81 per litre.

On Prince Edward Island, the price for regular self-serve is around $1.75 per litre, diesel costs around $1.82 per litre, and home heating oil is selling for a maximum of $1.28 per litre.
