The Thunder Bay District Health Unit is monitoring four separate outbreaks.

Hogarth Riverview Manor is dealing with two outbreaks. The 2 North – Lavender Resident Home Area is dealing with an unidentified respiratory, while the 7 North – trillium Resident Home Area is dealing with a parainfluenza outbreak.

Southbridge Pinewood is also dealing with two separate outbreaks. The Kingfisher Unit is dealing with an unidentified respiratory outbreak while the Blue Heron Unit is dealing with a norovirus outbreak.

A separate parainfluenza outbreak at Hogarth Riverview Manor in the 3 North – Lily Resident Home Area has been declared over.

Outbreaks are declared when symptoms increase amongst the residents.
