The court case involving Thunder Bay’s former police chief is back in court on Tuesday.

Sylvie Hauth is facing four charges stemming from an investigation into allegations of misconduct.

The charges relate to obstruction and breach of trust after a wide-ranging investigation.

Former Thunder Bay police lawyer Holly Walbourne and staff sergeant Micheal Dimini are also facing charges in separate trials.
