Funding for doctor initiatives in the Digby area.
The local health service charitable foundation will get nearly $17 thousand from the province for outreach projects and a community survey.
Digby-Annapolis MLA Jill Balser says they’ll do everything they can to make Digby and attractive area for healthcare workers and their families.
The projects are designed to help attract and retain the workers.
The funding comes from the Office of Healthcare Professionals Recruitment.
