Due to inclement weather, all SSRCE schools will be closed today. Offices and other worksites will remain open.
TCRCE schools in Digby and Yarmouth counties will be closed today, but Shelburne county will remain open.
Dalhousie University School of Nursing Yarmouth will have a delayed start at 10. They will reassess if conditions do not improve.
There are some scattered power outages through the province.
The biggest outage is about 2,000 people in Digby County, from Beaver River to Lower Concession.
The Town of Yarmouth advised residents to avoid a section of Water Street towards Milton due to flooding.
There were reports of low-lying inland areas receiving flooding during high tide in Yarmouth and Shelburne counties.
