Happy reunions as the crews of HMCS Summerside and HMCS arrived back in Halifax from a four-month NATO mission to deter Russian aggression in the Baltic Sea.
The ships returned home Sunday.
They sailed out of Halifax Dockyard in early July to participate in Operation Reassurance, the Canadian Armed Forces largest overseas mission.
During the deployment, the vessels focused on mine hunting and disposal.
Welcome home! π«Άπ«
