Arrests made after an assault in Digby County.
It happened in early August at a wharf in Weymouth North, when 4 people stole lobster from a boat.
When confronted by the owner, they dumped the lobster back into the water, then threw the empty crate at the owner.
About 2 weeks ago, two men in their early 20’s from Brighton turned themselves in.
A 54-year old Harrietsfield woman also reported to the Digby detachment and was arrested.
All were released on conditions and will appear in court on charges of theft, one man is charged with assault.
RCMP are still looking for the fourth person involved.
