The City of Thunder Bay has hired a new treasurer.

Keri Greaves comes over from the District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board where he was the Manager of Finance.

Greave has been a lifelong resident of Thunder Bay and starts his new duties on September 5th.

Emma Westover and Andrea Morrison have served as City Treasurer in an Acting capacity while the corporate re-organization and hiring search were underway.

He was officially confirmed as the city’s treasurer by by-law at last night’s meeting of council.
