A celebration of life for a Halifax rapper, one year after his death.

‘Stay Day’ will have games, giveaways, a BBQ, performances and more in front the memorial for Pat Stay at Dartmouth Cove, Saturday, September 2, 12pm-4pm.

It was early morning on September 4, 2022 when 36-year-old Stay was stabbed on Lower Water Street.

He later died in hospital.

A 31-year-old suspect was arrested and is expected to stand trial for first-degree murder in September of 2024.
