Its not the safety deposit a landlord at a vacated rental property was expecting to find, more than $140,000 dollars worth of cocaine and psilocybin, or Magic Mushrooms.

Thunder Bay Police were called to a residential address on the city’s south side Saturday morning following the discovery of the narcotics.

The owner of the property discovered a suspicious package while cleaning the home.

Its believed the drugs were left behind by suspects who had previously occupied the home unlawfully.

No arrests have been made, but the investigation remains on going.
