Rock Tech Lithium is seeking to expand its assets in the Greenstone area by entering into an Option Agreement for all of the Boston Lake Claims.

The company says this move will expand its footprint in the region, as it currently has a project at Georgia Lake located south of Beardmore.

As part of the agreement, Rock Tech has paid an initial deposit and will make annual cash payments of $175,000 until the third anniversary of the agreement.

Additionally the company will also be issuing a total of $175,000 in shares.
