A 35-year-old man has been sentenced to time behind bars for numerous firearm offences in Moncton.

Joshua Belliveau appeared in court on Wednesday and was sentenced to three years minus time already served.

During a traffic stop on Second Avenue in Moncton, RCMP seized illegal drugs, a loaded, unsecured and prohibited firearm along with ammunition.
