Thunder Bay: Road re-opens after fatal crash near Sistonen's Corner
A section of Highway 17 is now open as police investigate a fatal crash outside of Thunder Bay. It happened Friday night on Oikonen Road near Sistonen's Corner and involved a 18-wheeler and a pick-up truck. The highway was shut down shortly after 7 p.m. and reopened Saturday at 11 a.m. No word on what caused the crash.
