Multiple Halifax emergency crews responded to reports of a residential fire on Esson Road in Dartmouth.
According to Halifax Professional Fire Fighters, at 1:37 p.m. on Saturday, members found a multi-unit, multi-storey home engulfed in flames on the outside. Crews worked quickly to stop the spread, but there was extensive damage to the exterior of the building.
Firefighters remain on scene, and no other information is available at this time.
