An investigation is underway after a sudden death in Halifax.

Police say it was Sunday around 1 p.m., when they responded to a report of an unconscious person in Fort Needham Memorial Park.

A 42-year-old man was found dead in a tent.

The death does not appear to be suspicious however the medical examiner is going to do an autopsy.

This is the second person to die in a tent in Halifax in recent weeks.

The first was a 41-year-old woman on Barrington Street in February.
