A 21-year-old has been found dead after they went missing in Bridgewater.

Police say Jinny “Finn” McDormand’s remains were found in a secluded area in the woods around Forest Hill Road.

The K9 unit and drones were used at multiple locations before police dogs found the remains and the death is being treated as suspicious.

MacDormand was last seen Tuesday around 4:30 p.m. at Gow’s Home Hardware in Bridgewater. Police say McDormand ran off from their parents while inside the store.

Details remain few. Police are asking the public not to speculate on the cause of death as the investigation continues.
