A Halifax man if facing a child pornography charge.
Police say it was in 2025 when investigators received information about a person in Halifax saving images of child pornography in a cloud-based storage file.
February 5, a home was searched and electronics were seized.
The 70-year-old appeared in court the same day.
The investigation is ongoing.
