Mariners to face big road tests in Summerside, Pictou County

Two road games for the Yarmouth Mariners.

They’re visiting the division-leading Summerside Western Capitals Saturday night, and the Pictou County Crushers on Sunday afternoon.

Yarmouth sits four points behind Pictou County for the last playoff spot in the Eastlink South division.

The Mariners are hosting an alumni game Tuesday, followed by the MHL All-Star Game on Wednesday.

Tickets for both are available at the Mariners Centre box office.

MacLeod an honourable mention:

Mariners forward Cole MacLeod was named an honourable mention for the MHL Rookie of the Month for November.

The 17-year-old leads all rookies in the league with 14 goals, and has scored in six-straight games.
