RCMP look for info after Hwy 104 rollover

RCMP are looking for information after a rollover on Highway 104 in Auld’s Cove.

Police say it was Friday just after 8 a.m. when a Cadillac that was driving erratically, hit a Buick going in the opposition direction. The Buick then hit the guardrail and flipped onto its roof.

The driver of the Buick, a 51-year-old man from Troy was not hurt.

The woman passenger, a 21-year-old from Port Hawkesbury was hurt and taken to hospital.

The driver of the Cadillac left the scene. The vehicle was found abandoned on Newtown Rd. in Newtown. The driver has not been found.

Anyone with any details or dashcam footage who police have not spoken to yet, are asked to call RCMP.
