The City of Moncton wants to hear from the public as it moves into the next phase of its municipal plan review.
Phase 3 is called “Developing” and invites Monctonians to help identify “Big Moves.”
These are described as transformative actions in areas like housing, transportation, complete communities and parks and open spaces.
People will have several opportunities through November to share their thoughts and ideas for the new municipal plan:
- In-person sessions: Nov. 25 & 26, 6 to 8 p.m. at Resurgo Place, 20 Mountain Rd.
- Virtual open house: Nov. 24, 6 to 8 p.m. Register here.
- Online survey: Nov. 17 to Dec. 7 at letschatmoncton.ca.
- Contact the team: Submit questions or feedback via the “Questions” tab at the letschatmoncton.ca.
The next phases of the review are planned for 2026 and will include refining the draft municipal plan and zoning bylaw. There will be additional opportunities for community input along the way.
