A new Deputy Chief Administration Officer for the Region of Queens.

Patrick Hirtle will join the municipality on October 20.

CAO Willa Thorpe says Hirtle has more than 10 years of experience and has been a councillor in the Town of Bridgewater.

The Deputy CAO helps with planning and direction of the municipality, and will manage staff in the administration, communication, information technology departments and more.

Thorpe says having Hirtle’s knowledge and experience will help move strategic priorities of the region forward.
