Bargaining will resume Monday between Dalhousie’s faculty and the university board.

The university board locked the faculty out on Aug 20.

Two days later the Dalhousie Faculty Association went on strike.

Most classes have been suspended since students returned to campus last week.

On Wednesday, conciliation officer Rick Rose asked both sides to return to the table.

Both parties say they welcome the chance to work toward a resolution.
