Dryden Chamber honours business excellence

The 27th annual Business Excellence Awards were handed out Saturday night in Dryden.

Dryden Vet Services picked up the award for Business of the Year, while Brenda Bell of the Brenda Leigh Bell Law Office was named Dryden’s Business Leader of the Year.

The CKDR Community Spirit award went to Wendy Wiedenhoeft of the Dryden Enterainment Series.

Amy Kriese from The Centre picked up the Customer Service award in the Service industry category.

In the Customer Service category for retail businesses, the award went to Tyler Rowat from Casually Hip.

Kris Skamrud Personal Training was recognized in the Health and Wellness category.

Daniel Blair of Turbo’s Towing took home the Young Business Leader award.

The Rising Star award went to BTS Automotive.

The People’s Choice award went to Second Chance Pet Network.

The Bird House took the top honour in the New Business Excellence category.

The Tourism Excellence award went to Clark’s Resorts and Outposts.

Deanna Parker of the Metis Northwest Council was recognized with the Mentorship Award.

Awaken with Carly walked off with the Fresh New Image award.
