Another crane is coming to the QEII hospital construction site.

The third tower crane arrives on Tuesday, according to Build Nova Scotia.

Along with the crane comes some traffic interruptions.

Robie Street lanes will be reduced on both sides near Jubilee Road and Veteran’s Memorial Lane on Monday and Tuesday.

But they say they are working to minimize the rush hour disruption with flaggers on site to help traffic flow.

A fourth crane is also coming on Tuesday, August 6.

The group of them will “dramatically change the Robie Street skyline,” the province says.

The cranes will be used to build the hospitals new acute care tower, which will be 14 storeys high.

The massive hospital expansion project began more than a year ago.
