More affordable housing in Dartmouth and Cole Harbour.

The province says a new 18-unit complex on Circassion Drive will have nine affordable units, Nova Scotia has funded over $4 million.

The property, called the Crosswoods is now accepting tenants.

Two more buildings on Gaston Road in Dartmouth will have another 84 affordable units, the province has funded over $11 million for the purchase.

Rents for affordable units range from $770 a month for one bedroom up to $1150 for a three-bedroom.
