A celebration of life for Devon Marsman.

The 16-year-old went missing in February 2022, and in June the police started treating it as suspicious.

Investigators found his remains in September, and four people have since been charged in the case.

Family and friends say they want to celebrate the amazing person he was.

It happens tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the St. Agnes Church Hall on Mumford Road.
