It is going to be a hot and humid couple of days across parts of Nova Scotia.
A heat warning was issued Tuesday morning for Annapolis, Hants and Kings counties.
Environment Canada said highs reaching 29°C or 30°C will feel more like 36 or 37.
On top of that, overnight temperatures on Tuesday night are not expected to fall below 18°C.
Cooler conditions are expected along parts of the Fundy coast, with temperatures turning cooler over all areas on Thursday.
Watch for the early signs of heat exhaustion in yourself and others. Signs may include headache, nausea, dizziness, thirst, dark urine and intense fatigue.
If you or someone you know are showing signs of heat stroke, call 911 immediately. Signs of heat stroke can include red and hot skin, dizziness, nausea, confusion and change in consciousness.
