Dips for N.B. fuel this week

Diesel prices dipped by 3.9 cents a litre overnight to a maximum of around $1.42.

The maximum for regular self-serve is down by the same amount. It now sits at around $1.44.

Furnace oil decreased 3.5 cents to around $1.31.

In Nova Scotia, regular self-serve ranges from $1.41 to $1.45 per litre while diesel is selling for between $1.37 and $1.41 per litre.

On Prince Edward Island, the price for regular self-serve is around $1.47 per litre, diesel costs around $1.48 per litre, and home heating oil is selling for a maximum of $1.07 per litre.

The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board adjusts prices every Friday at 12:01 a.m.
