New bus routes for Antigonish Transit.

The town and municipality are giving over $37,000 to the transit society through their Housing Accelerator funds.

Branding and marketing of the service will also be done.

General manager Richie Connors says community transit makes it easier for people to access jobs, education and healthcare.

The two municipal units say their goal is to better connect neighbourhoods, businesses and schools with reliable transit.
