Impaired driving and drug trafficking charges for a man in Digby.
The 38-year-old was stopped on Highway 101 in Brighton last Friday night.
He was arrested after failing a roadside sobriety test, then after an evaluation at the RCMP detachment, he showed signs of being impaired by drugs.
The man from Mount Uniacke was released on conditions.
Later a search of his vehicle turned up over 90 grams of cocaine, over 300 prescription pills and unstamped cigarettes.
He was arrested again on Wednesday and due in court.
