Visitors and residents have some options when it comes to getting to Fort William Gardens for the upcoming Scotties Tournament of Hearts.

The tournament is offering a free shuttle service from hotels and motels, and two park-and-ride locations to make it easier for fans and volunteers to get down to the action.

For out-of-town visitors, there are three shuttle routes.

The Intercity Route (#1) will pick people up from Days Inn North, Days Inn Sibley, Holiday Inn Express, and Townplace Suites.

The South Ward Route (#2) will pick people up from Best Western Norwester, Valhalla Hotel, Home 2 Suites by Hilton and Hampton Inn and Suits, Comfort Inn, Ramada Airlane Hotel, Best Western Crossroads, and Superior Inn.

The Valhalla stop includes pickups from Home 2 Suites by Hilton and Hampton Inn and Suits and the Comfort Inn stop will include pickups from Ramada Airlane Hotel and Best Western Crossroads.

The North Ward Route (#3) will service Delta Hotels, Prince Arthur Hotel, Superior Shores and Courthouse Hotel, Travel Lodge, Super 8, and Howard Johnson.

All routes have a pick-up before each draw and a drop-off after each draw.

Parking around the Gardens is tight so there are park-and-ride locations so locals can get to the game as well.

Residents can park at the Canadian Lakehead Exhibition (CLE) grounds and the Valhalla Hotel to get to the gardens.

There are pickups before the draws and drop-offs after.

The first draw in the tournament is set to take place on Friday at 6:00 p.m.
