A popular program to honour those who fought in the war is expanding in Yarmouth.

The town’s Veterans Memorial Banner program will have 30 new additions for 2025.

They feature a name and photo of the veteran, and are placed across town during Remembrance Week.

These new banners will be on Parade Street between Main and Pleasant.

The banners are developed in partnership with the Royal Canadian Legion.

The successful applicants will be chosen through a draw, the deadline is February 13.
