Three people have been arrested in connection with an ongoing homicide investigation in Saint John, according to police.
Human remains were found in a wooded area off King William Road on the evening of Aug. 1.
The remains were later identified as those of 52-year-old Allan Lee, according to police.
Two men and a woman have been arrested in connection with the investigation in recent days, police announced on Wednesday.
A 44-year-old woman was taken into custody for first-degree murder and indignity to human remains.
A 65-year-old man was arrested for conspiracy to commit murder and accessory after the fact to murder.
A 56-year-old man was taken into custody for accessory after the fact to murder.
All three remain in custody and are scheduled to return to court over the coming weeks.
