Thunder Bay Police have a visible presence in parts of the city’s south side as they investigate a case involving the Major Crimes Unit and Forensic Identification Unit.

Officers are focusing on the 800 block of Finlayson Street and the 400 block of McKellar Street North.

Police say there is no active threat to public safety, but that they will remain in the area as the investigation continues.
