The Energy and Utilities Board is feeling festive.

They decreased the prices at the pumps this week, but not by much.

Diesel prices are down by 0.1 cents a litre to $1.75.

Furnace oil by 0.3 cents a litre to $1.45.

The maximum for regular self-serve decreased by 1.0 to around $1.56.

In Nova Scotia, regular self-serve ranges from $1.53 to $1.57 per litre while diesel sells for between $1.71 and $1.75 per litre.

On Prince Edward Island, the price for regular self-serve is around $1.60 per litre, diesel costs around $1.81 per litre and home heating oil is selling for a maximum of $1.20 per litre.
