A man is facing an indecent act charge after exposing himself to a young child in Halifax.
Police say it happened just after 8 a.m., Wednesday, on Edward Street when the man allegedly pulled his pants down to a child he did not know.
He was arrested shortly after on Henry Street.
The 73-year-old will appear in court Wednesday.
