The man who broke into a fire department in Hadleyville has been sentenced.

The Nova Scotia Public Prosecution Service says Brent Chisholm pled guilty in Antigonish court yesterday.

They say he received a 90-day conditional sentence order and 12 months probation.

There were a slew of conditions including not take any alcohol and drugs or possess weapons.

He’s also been ordered to not be within 100 meters of the Seven Communities Fire Department.

Chisholm was also charged a restitution order for $1,054.
