Police investigate shots fired in same Dartmouth location 1 month apart

By News Mar 3, 2026 | 2:24 PM

Halifax police are investigating two separate reports of shots fired in Dartmouth at the same location, only one month apart.

Police say it was February 3 around 2:20 a.m. in the area of Lahey Road and Clarence Street.

A car and a home were shot at, but no one was hurt.

Then, on March 3 around 3:35 a.m., more reports of gunfire, in the exact same area, once again hitting a vehicle.

It is unclear at this point if the incidents are related.

If you have any information you are asked to call police at 902-490-5020 or Crime Stoppers.
