A school bus driver from Digby County has been charged with dangerous driving.

On the afternoon of February 2, a bus went into a ditch on Highway 217 in Roxville.

Twelve children were on board, four were treated by paramedics at the scene and released.

RCMP charged a 62-year-old man from Seabrook eight days later.

He was released on conditions and will appear in Digby court on April 13.

RCMP say the investigation is ongoing, and anyone who may have dashcam footage of the area can contact them.
