A cannabis seizure in Digby.

Two men were issued tickets on Tuesday after an inspection of what RCMP call an ‘illegal storefront’ on Highway 303.

It’s the second time the location had been searched in the last month, police say their investigation is ongoing.

Hashish, cash, unstamped tobacco, and vape products were also seized.

One of the men was arrested on an unrelated matter.

The searches were in accordance with the province’s Cannabis Control Act.

RCMP remind residents that only licensed retailers can legally sell cannabis in Nova Scotia.
