A multimillion-dollar settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit over an Air Canada crash at the Halifax airport, ten years ago.
Wagners Law says it is for $18 million to cover legal fees and expenses.
It was in March of 2015, when the flight coming in from Toronto, hit power lines, causing the plane to land 200 metres short of the runway.
Twenty-five of the 133 passengers on board were injured.
A trial was set to begin next month, but the matter will now move to the Supreme Court.
