There will be a heavy police presence in school zones in Yarmouth on Wednesday.
RCMP say it is designed to ensure the safety of children, students and staff before the Christmas break.
“Motorists are reminded to slow down, leave ample time for travel and be mindful of increased pedestrian traffic and bus operations near schools,” say RCMP.
