Prime Minister Mark Carney’s budget survived another vote of confidence in the House of Commons.
This time, the Conservatives assisted the minority Liberals.
The motion came from the Bloc Quebecois to reject the budget, it was defeated 307-30 this afternoon.
Yesterday, the NDP, Bloc and Green Party helped the Liberals through a Conservative motion of non-confidence on Thursday.
A vote on the budget is expected to be held November 17.
